I've booked a couple of good ones (Mongolia & Kyrgystan) through Jeff Neal, Inc. Have a couple booked now with B. Patton/D. Campbell of Can-Asia. They pretty much do Mongolia and China, I believe. If it's your first Asian hunt, I recommend Mongolia first before you jump into the really deep "adventure" of Asia.
