sent them another email... only heard back after I filed a copyright infringement with youtube... it's down now. (after about 12,000 views it had)

nope. multiple emails and no explanation. After I reported the violation to youtube, I finally got a response from Rob saying something like "working on it" or something like that. It was less than a sentence. no explanation, nothing... so yeah...
