Just bought Intrepid ranch in Cisco TX. A 2700 acre Whitetail and exotic hunting ranch. We are 1.5 hrs West of FT Worth about 40 minutes from Abilene, TX

Intrepid Ranch

We are offering a whitetail cull hunt this year. They are 8 or 9 points, 110-120 on average.

If we get a group of 4 guys, It’s $2500 per person. You get two cull bucks and you can shoot exotics and trophy Whitetail for the trophy fees only. (We are MLD property, so there is no bag limit on Whitetail).

If one or more of the hunters want exotics or trophy Whitetail only, that is fine.

We have Fallow, Scimitar, Zebra, Axis and Blackbuck in good numbers. Red Stag, Tahr, Addax, Red Sheep and Sable are possible as well.

Food and lodging included.

Here are links to accommodations and rates

Meat and trophy care
Fishing and thermal hog hunting if time permits

Not included

How many days for the $2500 fee?

Also, it’s worth mentioning that any combination of 1, 2, 3 or 4 guys for 8 bucks, is fine.

2 hunters shooting 4 deer each, or one guy shooting 8 deer. Since we are under TP&W MLD program, it’s legal.

Total cost of $10k remains the same.

Fantastic ranch Wendell... congrats!

Awesome offer that sounds like a blast! I can't make this year work but if you have something similar in upcoming years I'd be very interested. I've got two young sons and this sounds like a perfect opportunity for the whole family!

Thanks PA. We might do it next year, in October, before the rut kicks off. I have two groups that contacted me for this year. I’ll need to see how much of a dent we put in their population before I make plans for next season.

It’s funny, on my other ranch in NW TX, more than half of my clients are from PA. And most of them don’t know each other, and I have never set foot in PA! Must be something in the water up there!

While the PA orange army is not as robust as it used to be, those of us still remaining share a common interest in that we really, really like to shoot stuff Smiler

Congratulations on your new place, Wendell! It looks fantastic.

I wish I could take advantage of this offer but we have too many other plans and commitments.

Good luck!
