Adams County Ohio...

I have for lease various private properties for the purpose of WHITETAIL Hunting.

All properties are, and have been, and will continue to be managed for mature whitetail bucks and are Free Range.
All properties are in the State of Ohio in Adams Co.
Properties range in size from 120 acres to 600+.
Prices range from $30 to $45 per acre annually.
There are 30 plus properties and rarely do they come up for lease.
Presently there are 5 available…they do not last.

Lease can be year to year or multiple years.

Hunting seasons in Ohio begin in late September and end usually in late January. Ohio has several gun/muzzle loader seasons, check the states website for seasons and dates.

Rut usually takes place the first week or second week of November.

The county of Adams Co. in Ohio has become one of the top ten counties in the U.S. for large bodied heavy antlered whitetail bucks.
It is a largely unpopulated county, the deer actually outnumber the people.
The ground is semi-flat to rolling hills and some places have steep hills and sandstone and limestone ridges. Very beautiful properties.
40% to 80% hardwoods, oak and maple etc and lots of fresh running water abound.
Crops are corn and soybean.

You WILL see mature bucks, whether or not they hit the ground is up to you.

I have hunted this county for years and I have shot bucks from 162” to 220”.

I would love to help out and be included on a lease if someone wants one more person. I do not have a group of buddies that I could get involved to take on a lease however.
So if anyone needs an extra let me know... I live in GA and would not be able to hunt it very much at all. Perhaps just one week?

Gentlemen, one or two of the properties is likely leased at this time.
That leaves three others and one of them is being looked at this weekend by some guys traveling into town.

One additional 80 acre may have come up for lease.

I am also happy to email or text photos from trail cameras from THIS YEAR on THESE Properties.
We have hundreds of different bucks and a LOT of bucks over 140".

I am going to post some photos here in this thread of bucks all taken from this year from properties joining these available properties. Anyone interested in leasing can then easily see the trophy quality and the fact that mature bucks from this area get heavy mass and trashy points.

ALL HUNTING IS LOW PRESSURE and LOW VOLUME. One buck per hunter and the number of guys on your lease is Your decision.

We greatly encourage everyone to take only mature bucks and take all the legal does you are allowed.

Of course some people enjoy taking kids and family and often younger bucks are taken in those cases....that is fine too.
The idea is to enjoy hunting and the outdoors.
