I have a hunt booked through cabelas, with Sigmahunts.com out of Utah. I have a landowner tag, and hunt booked for October 2013 (possibly this october). The hunt is 11500.00 plus a landowner tag of 1500.00 I have 2200 left to pay off the hunt, plus the tag. So basically I have paid off 9300 if the hunt. I would like to sell my hunt part for 7000.00. that is a discount of 2300 dollars. (OBO) That would total 7000+ 2200 remaining + 1500 tag. $10700 total hunt. so basially, a 13000 trip for $10700.00 If you would like this hunt, all I have to due is call my contact at cabelas. (frank cole) tell him you are taking the hunt, and then you would call to get paper work straight. Please let me know if you have any questions or want to make an offer. I will consider all reasonable offers. Thanks, Mike | ||

Sorry if I'm being nosy, but I looked on Siggma's website and it looks like they offer very fair cancellation terms. Is Cabelas sticking you with having to resell your hunt(which seems unfair to me)? Looking at Siggma's terms it would seem that you should be able to get your full deposit back less a $500 cancellation fee. I just hate seeing you have to take a big hit on a cancellation that is 18 months out.

Someone needs to jump on this. These are by far the most beautiful moose species. I know that they don't have headgear of the Alaskan/Yukon moose, but they are the most beautiful of all the moose.
