We are offering black bear hunts in Idaho Backcountry. This is unit 20 , a true wilderness area. The area is right on the Salmon River.Starts May 1
The hunt is usually 5 days but can be extended 1 day at no charge for the first bear.
We hunt from a base camp about 20 miles from the paved road.
The camp is a tent camp with cook tent and sleeping tents. All have wood heaters and plenty of wood.
All meals included. Pickup at airport in Lewiston, Idaho can be arranged or you can rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle at the airport for the drive to the hunt area.

The 2 master guides are Chris Morrow and Milton Fitzl. Chris is a life long resident of this area and knows every square inch of this hunting area and many others. He is  constantly running his dogs with his 2 sons.
Milt has guided this area for 25 years and also knows the area to the Tee.
They have a reserve of over 14 hounds but normally hunt with 5 or 6 at a time.
