After some good interest received regarding our recent Bontebok offer, I have decided to put together some Day rate/Bontebok packages for the 2013 season. The rams will be hunted from a pure strain Bontebok herd(certified) and inside a dangerous game area.
There are three options,5,7,10 day packages, each including a free Bontebok trophy ram.I can offer a total of 5 packages.

The options are are follows:

5 Full hunt days,incl.1 Trophy Bontebok: $1600
7 Full hunt days,incl.1 Trophy Bontebok: $2170
10 Full hunt days,incl.1 Trophy Bontebok: $3000

The following are included in your Safari:
All accommodation, food and beverages for the duration the Safari
Services of a licensed professional hunter, tracker and ground staff

Field preparation of trophies and forwarding them to a taxidermist or shipping agent of your choice.
14% Government Tax on day rates.
Hunting Licence.
Permits


The following are excluded in your Safari:
Taxidermy
Shipping charges for your trophies to your own country.
All flights
Accommodation before and after your safari dates.

That is a very good deal Marius.
It works out to 200/day and a 600 trophy fee for the bontebok. I assume that includes the cites permit?

Yes it includes the TOPS permit.
This deal can also be done with a free Bushpig. We make use of a local commercial farmer's property about 5 mins from base camp. He is very kind to offload all of his stock that dies, into a prepared area. He also keeps an eye on my cameras. We put around two months into each pig.
At this stage we have a 100% record on our Bushpigs, so any hunter's chances will be excellent.

Can you tell us more about the area that contains dangerous game?..size, location, animals (ele, buff, rhino, lion?)

The entire area is on a commercial cattle farming property with low stock fence. For staff safety, there is a cordoned off section of about 3000-4000 acres which contains dangerous game which inludes White Rhino and Buffalo. The area consists of hills, with bushy thickets. The Bontebok tend to prefer the open grasslands. The thickets gives us some cover to plan a stalk to get within shooting range.
