Yes. Both archery and muzzleloader tags are unit wide tags. You can hunt all public land in the unit and all other ranches that are also signed up as unit wide. There is a ton of BLM and Forrest Service land in this unit.

Unit 13 has some fabulous bulls. I killed this bull in 2002, a terrible drought year, and he was probably 25-30 inches smaller than he'd have been in a wet year like they've had recently. He still scored 386.
