We fully understand that many are in difficult positions at the moment, including majority of us outfitters out there. Can you please clarify the above.

Does that mean you need all money paid right now?

What are your cancellation policy?

What guarantees does one have that you will be in a position to return their money should you be in financial difficulties in the future.

I am not trying to nitpick your offer, I am just trying to look at an offer which leaves bit to guess about.

We do give 100% advance for certain jobs being done for us.

But we require a bank guarantee for all the money, plus a very strict time table for finishing the job, and a hefty fine for any delays.

This simply gives hunters a chance to take advantage of the current R/$ exchange, but the safari needs to be settled in full. Nothing more, nothing less.
Our Cancellation policy is 6 months with a full refund. Ideally, we always try to reschedule, but things like illness can get in the way, and we understand that.

The only "problem" I've really had since 2007 was that a hunter had decided a month before safari dates that he would rather take his new girlfriend on holiday than honor his commitments to his safari. He actually told me that. Our policy does not cater for that.

I have been around since 2007, and own multiple businesses. I guess if the packages I was putting out totaled to $20K+, one could make a case, but our normal deposit is $1000. Package price here is $3100. The packages that I am putting out are low dollar packages.

Simply trying to create a positive vibe and get hunters on board looking forward to the future.
