Gary Duckworth/Mokore Safari has 2 buffalo hunts available on Coutada 9 in Mozambique for 2022. $5,000 off the daily fee

For those that don't know Coutada 9 is a 1,000,000 acres of unfenced wild Africa with high game densities, a wide variety of species and excellent trophies. I saw Coutada 9 22 years ago and it was amazing at that time. It is far better now.

The buffalo will be a straight up tracking hunt and perfect for those that enjoy those long walks on the tracks. Plains game will be everywhere ensuring hunters a very nice bag of trophies that could include 4 of the spiral horns. Kudu, bushbuck, eland and nyala are all there in good numbers.

Over the years I've sent quite a few hunters to Coutada 9. They have all agreed that it is an amazing destination.

There is a new upgraded camp there now with private chalets all having ensuite bath, on demand hot water, electric lights and WiFi is available in camp. Food is excellent also.

C9 has a serious amount of wildlife, had a friend just return from there yesterday, saw 21 species in one day!! Reporting seeing lots of Buffalo scattered about while hunting plains game, killed a great Nyala.

Mark can answer the nyala trophy fee ?, but we saw lots of sable and nyala back in 2018 when we went. October would be a great time to be there

Gale is correct. Oct is hot but an excellent time to hunt Coutada 9.

Obviously the Duckworths are tops - that goes without saying.

But, perhaps not known by everyone looking at Coutada 11, there are ridiculously big warthogs there and an abundance of them too.

I need to get up a hunt report from our Sept 2018 trip, if i was more motivated i would post up a pic of the pig Thierry and client shot last year on C9, it crazy big. We shot 3 big warthog and my friend that just got back killed 2 nice pigs, they are everywhere. In 2018 had a big boar run between me and Gary while tracking Buffalo, that get's the adrenaline flowing

I have a 2x1 12 day buff/PG on Coutada 9 right now. At this point they have taken 2 big buffalo, 2 waterbuck, 2 bushpig, 2 bushbuck, a sable, 31" nyala, huge warthog, oribi and huge eland. They've only been there 7 days!!!!!!

Pardon my ignorance, the $800 per day is for 1 hunter? Must same hunter bring the second person for 2x1? second person is also $800/day? If not, discounted hunter will be paired with unknown hunter? Unknown hunter will also be at $800/day?

I don't remember taking my shoes off to cross water or getting my feet wet while hunting 15 days in September 2018, no swampy areas in C9
