Routier Outfitting has the below October archery antelope offer available.

Weapon: Archery only but handicapped hunters that have a written release from a doctor can get a crossbow permit.

License Information: Archery licenses are guaranteed even though you have to send in a application. They cost $285 for one any antelope last year.

Hunting Methods: We use blinds on waterholes, fence crossings and in alfalfa fields where there are still green patches of browse. If the weather does not cooperate we use decoys and stalking methods.

Package Prices: Was $1750 but now $1000 plus $250 trophy fee if you draw blood. 5.5% South Dakota sales tax must be added. Includes three full days of hunting with guides, lodging and meals.

Season Dates. October 16 – 31st 2017

We have plenty of cooler space to keep your meat and cape in. There is also a local taxidermist and processor if you wish.

This is on 50,000 acres of private property.

My brother Ryan does most of the guiding. This is a family ran operation.

Opportunity pretty good?

I can tell you that it will not be as easy as a August or September hunt when it is hotter and the antelope are drinking more so that is why we have discounted it. We dang sure have the numbers though.We well have been scouted out and know where they are most likely to be. I would say your opportunity would be really good still.

If anyone would be interested I can also offer a discounted archery Whitetail Hunt to this package to make it a combo. $1500 for the archery Whitetail Hunt plus $1000 if you draw blood on a Whitetail. 5.5% South Dakota sales tax must be added to this also. Both archery antelope and archery Whitetail licenses are guaranteed.

I would say you would have a legitimate chance at a archery Whitetail in the 120 – 140 range.

I would guess on the archery antelope you would have a legitimate chance at something between 65 and 75 inches.
