Agent: Peter Andersen @ Peak Wildlife Adventures

Outfitter: Caprinae Safaris

Location: Turkey

Species: Bezoar Ibex

Dates: August 1 - March 31 (7 day hunt)

Price: $11,750

Only two spots left!!! For this season only Caprinae is able to sell only a handful of bezoar hunts at an incredible deal. Normally the price of this hunt is $8,900 up to 90cm (36") and $300 per cm afterwards. The legal minimum is 100cm/40" so that would translate to a cost of $11,900. For this season only they are able to offer this hunt at the incredible price of $11,750 for any ibex, regardless of size.

This is not their prime area that produces monsters over 125cm/50". This area is full of quality animals for somebody looking to experience this hunt at a great deal. One could have the opportunity to take a billy of 115cm/45" but the average is 105-107cm/42-43". Game guards accompany every hunt to ensure a legal billy is taken.

Extra hunting days: $350/day

Observer Fee: $1,750

Please let me know of any questions you may have. Thanks!!

So this hunt could be done in early 2014? I am interested and will send you an e-mail.

PM sent.

On the plains of hesitation lie the bleached bones of ten thousand, who on the dawn of victory lay down their weary heads resting, and there resting, died.

Or walk with Kings - nor lose the common touch...
Yours is the Earth and everything that's in it,
And - which is more - you'll be a Man, my son!

One permit has become available again. This is a stellar deal for anyone looking to hunt a good sized bezoar ibex at a steal of a price.

Hi Tom, Caprinae had a client this past season that connected with a bow on a 45" billy in one of these areas. I'll get back to you as soon as I find out when prime time for archery tackle would be.

If you are interested in doing the hunt with a bow it is best to do the hunt in a certain prime area because the landscape allows for better stalking. As G D F mentioned, the december rut would be a good time to go. Better yet though is mid january through february. The price of the hunt would jump to $14,900 for a billy up to 110cm/44 and $450 for each cm over 110.
