These are some very reasonable trophy fees on many of the species. And Gerhardt's bio is impressive. You might indicate, on the list of species, which are available from your home lodge (which is ?near Dullstroom ... known for trout waters) and which require travel to other areas.

Thank you Russ,

I am a registered outfitter for both the Limpopo and Mpumalanga Provinces.

Dullstroom being situated on the Mpumalanga Escarpment makes it an ideal location.

Not only do I have "High Veld" species such as Cape Eland, Black Wildebeest, Red Hartebeest, Blesbuck, Duiker, Fallow Deer, Blacked Backed, Mountian Reedbuck, Grey Rhebuck, Oribi, Jacka, Bushpig and Serval available on some of my concessions close by.

The Bushveld Species such as Impala, Warthog, Bushbuck, Waterbuck, Kudu and many more species a stone through away down the escarpment in the Limpopo Province.

I am also 2 hours drive from the Kruger National Park.

We have super flyfishing destinations for Rainbow and Brown trout (Mostly still waters) but I have also excellent wingshooting concessions for Redwing Francolin, Swainson's Spurfowl, Helmeted Guineafowl and waterfowl.

My bowhunting only concession is however situated in the North Western Limpopo Province.

The reason why so far away from Dullstroom is that I know the concession very well and the region is well known for producing big trophies and its definitely worth the bit of a drive to get there.

This area will also produce great wingshooting for game birds such as crested francolin, pigeons& Swainson's Spurfowl.

So how big of areas would this shunt be on. Those are great trophy fees. The bow area has blinds and all the animals on your list there to be hunted.

Thank you for your post.

As you know that we basically do not have free ranging game animals in most of South Africa.

Hunting concessions vary from 2100 Acres to 3800 Acres.

The Bow Hunting concession is situated in the NW part of the Limpopo Province, game species available is species found in the area ranging from impala, blue wildebeest, zebra, nyala, bushbuck, kudu and eland to name a few.

We hunt from pit blinds, elevated hides, tree stands, pop up blinds and if the situation allows for it we will spot and stalk.

The species available around Dullstroom are species mostly associated with the plains areas of South Africa such as springbuck, blesbuck, red hartebeest, black wildebeest but also zebra and eland.

I trust this answers your question.

My apologies,

I see I have made an error with regards to the pricing of the Blue Wildebeest available.

The correct price should be $450 and not $250.

I have Bluewildebeest cull hunts available with the bow for $300 ea should you be interested.

I have also been able to add Grey Rhebuck and Oribi to my lists of species available.

Discount prices for them are as follows:

Grey Rhebuck is available at $1575

Oribi at $1575
