Caprivi DG/PG hunts 2009

Dear Fellow members,

Classic Safaris hunts in Salambala, Kasika and Impalila Conservancies in east Caprivi and is offering the following hunts to fill/meet quota's in the conservancies;

Elephant hunt in Salambala, 10 days 1x1 incl 15% VAT and trophy fee ($12,500), $18,500.00

Hippo and croc, 10 days 2x1 @ $225.00 per day per hunter
Hippo and croc, 10 days 1x1 @ $400.00 per day per hunter

Buffalo (Kasika Conservancy), 7 days 1x1, package $12,500.00 including trophy fee (3,125.00)

Buffalo Hippo and croc Kasika/Impalila, 10 days 1x1, $13,700.00 including trophy fee for Buffalo as above. Trophy fees for hippo and croc below.

Trophy fees,
Elephant $12,500.00
Buffalo $3,125.00
Hippo $2,800.00
Croc $,2,200.00
Red Lechwe $2,850.00

Other plains game may also be hunted in Salambala conservancy.

Also possible but interested hunters are reminded that these species are not resident in Salambala and are very hit and miss. That is if they are found in the area you can shoot them provided the permits have not already been filled before your hunt.
Lion male $15,000.00
Lioness $2,200.00
Buffalo $ 6,500.00

$300.00 dipping and transfer of trophy's to shipping agent/Namibian taxidermist

Daily Rates Include
Accommodation
3 full meals per day
Beverages/refreshments (in moderation)
Daily laundry service
Services of a licensed professional hunter with support staff
Hunting vehicles
Field preparation
Road transfers to and from Katima Mulilo's Mpacha airport
Hunting licenses

Other Costs not Included
Flights to and from Katima Mulilo's Mpacha airstrip. Air Namibia has regular scheduled flights from Windhoek at very reasonable costs.
15% VAT (government charge) on daily rates only
Accommodation/s prior to and after safari
Gratuities

Available dates are from now till 30th November

Come on guys you can pull it off. My wife was unusually agreeable to me going the week of Thanksgiving. Especially considering that we just got back from Africa. Either she has a boyfriend on the side or some big expenditures planned for next year.
