| The hunts are 3 days;1x1 unless there's a group of 3 or more the days will most likely be extended to 5. Only 2 hunters at a time. You can hunt with any weapon and choose any 3 days however, the last 2 weeks of September and first week of October will most likely guarantee no broken horns! |

| Velvet Bull Elk On Your List? Have you ever thought about a velvet bull? Yes, Rio Hondo will allow you to come down in August and take a velvet bull. You will add one of the most unique trophies to your list. They are way cool! Jim www.newmexicobiggamehunting.com |

Bump for HONEST advertising, it seems like its pretty damn tough to find in this industry these days
Thanks drummondlindsey- appreciate your appreciation Kelly (Jim's wife) here. I have honestly felt that way myself, but I'm thinking that if I can't get it done next fall I might just buy one myself! Troy (the manager) says it's not a cake walk. They put 5 cows in there last year and haven't been able to find them, so there is plenty of space for the elk to hide. |
