Edgar, trophy fee for the Buff included?

What would the size expectations be, and are these for so called management bulls or the best mature bulls you can find?

Trophy fee for the buff is included.
As you know the buff population vary mainly in relation with grass and water among other factors.
The area has some fences but is not completely fenced and those fences do not prevent the buff crossing. They were not introduced.
Expected trophy size is in the 36-38 inches but bigger ones can be shot.
