What is that black and white spotted one the guy is holding by the tail? I'm not familiar with that one.

Yes it is an African Civet Cat.
And as chuckmaxman said, this one is big. It is actually the biggest I have seen so far.

I notice that there is a permit fee and a trophy fee.

I would assume that one cannot shoot one without a permit, so why have them separate?

Would it not be easier to put the total animal price as one??

Saeed, when I post an add I try to be as open as possible to have everyone know what the costs are and not having surprises at the end of the day.

So in short, no it's easier and that is why I have all costs separate.

I hunted some of these species in S.A., and there never was a permit fee?
Most of them did not have a throphy fee because they where causing problems.
The one without the throphy fee you had to pay a fine if you missed!

If you hunt them legally there is a permit fee.
Even if they cause problems, you still need a permit to legally hunt them.

I don't offer SHOOT, SHOVEL AND SHUT UP hunts.

Times have changed in SA. Several years ago I hunted and exported these animals without permits. Not anymore!

Thank you for clarifying that point Sir.
Times have changed and the regulations change every year.
A few years ago anyone could shoot anything they wish to shoot. Nowadays even the landowner himself need's a permit to shoot certain species.
