New Mexico Elk hunts

I have 4 Land Owner tags available near Chama, NM. Private ranch (not high fence) 5 day guided hunt. Cabin lodging with meals. No horses, ATV used to transport Elk. This area is known for 350 B&C class bulls and is in a migration route but has resident Elk and Bear. You may Bear hunt after your Elk for the cost of a tag and $500 trophy fee IF your successful on taking a Bear. Color Bear area. $6,000 plus Elk tag ($550). Contact me if you need a quality Elk hunt. Season: any 5 days from Oct 1 - Dec 1st. Snow usually gets too heavy after the first of December.

Hi Aaron,
No, haven't hunted with him but we are personal friends. He teams up with my NM Outfitter who does public and private land hunts, who is an AR member. Some of the pics on my web site are from said Guide. They have been very successful on western game, including RM Sheep and Oryx. The private land sits between two rather famous ranches.

Who is the outfitter?

We currently have 5 tags left for this private land Elk hunt. Outfitter has reduced these to $4,500 + $550 tag each if you bring your own food. Everything remains the same except you will be responsible for your own food and cooking (Guides will share the cooking duties). Otherwise it's the same. We have open dates starting Oct 15-Dec 1st.

Recent rifle hunt with same Outfitter who acted as the Guide. This was a public land hunt. High 180s gross 5x5 Mulie taken on the first morning within the first hour of daylight. They were stalking a larger buck when this one stuck his nose out of the timber to smell the coffee. I have hunts for 2010 available, some are draw hunts so contact me if you want to put in for Sheep, Elk, Deer, Oryx, Ibex etc. We also have private land Whitetail-Mulie hunts in WY.
