What is the quality of the buff and who are the PHs?

Looks like a good deal, depending on who your campmates are. Wink Big Grin

Your average Luangwa Valley Buffalo. 36"-38" Buffalo, unless you have been good this year, then maybe Santa brings you a bigger one!

Thor will be the main ph. He is Munya's main ph. Second ph, maybe he will ask Andrew or maybe Richard Bell Cross, or any number of currently under-employed Zambia PH's. Big Grin

Chaps,

I was down there recently and it was stuffed with game. Very remote and very scenic.

You'd make a good hyena bait. Someone just needs to remind Thor to drag you around the area with the Cruiser before chaining you to the tree.

I have great memories of the Munyamadzi. The camp setting is amazing. There are loads of roan and bushbuck there.

Thor - I like the addition of the pizza oven. Nice touch.

You can do a Lechwe hunt before or after the main hunt. $4000 includes everything, license, trophy fee, day rate etc. Probably need to get a night in a Hotel in Lusaka.

No Sable on quota here.

"I will be Hosting" OMG....
Hear it from someone who has been there done this. This means whinning, bitching, grabbing the front seat in the cab during the hottest part of the day. It does mean plenty of laughing and I mean plenty, especially when he is shooting and he "WENDELLS THE SHOT"
Other than Wendell going along sounds like a great deal Smiler
Wendell sorry I cannot go and shoot a much bigger roan than you on this trip... Oh wait you did not shoot one Smiler

Dearest jeff h,

Oh, you mean you can't go with me this time?

I'm so sad. Frowner

I intentionally waited for you to book another hunt before offering this one. I needed to make dang sure you were unavailable before blindly throwing this one out there!

I don't remember if it was you or Alistair who grabbed the fire extinguisher, but I do remember it was damn funny. animal

Maybe next time. Hopefully not, but maybe.

There are more Roan than Impala at Munyamadzi. And some very serious bulls.

I didn't look too close at that picture before, but that Buffalo on the left looks like he might be a shooter.

One hunter is booked, we arrive in camp on the 26th of July. He is doing a 14-day hunt, Buffalo, Hippo, Croc. He sounds like a very nice guy to share a camp with.

Can take a 1x1 or a 2x1 hunt now.

Wendell,

I am glad you will hunt Munyamadzi mate and it is a gem. The largest Kudu and Bushbuck I have ever seen reside in this remote place.

Let me know your dates and I will try and join you around the campfire for an evening?

Cheers
