Ninety percent of the Worlds Tundra Swans winter in North Eastern NC. We have had 100% success rate for over 20 years. NC issues out 10,000 permits every year.
Hunt is offered by Roanoke River Waterfowl and there is a guarantee that you will get a kill shot at a mature Tundra. Cost of this hunt is $350 and the cost of the permit is $8. Below is the link for the permit.

L. David KeithThis area is a waterfowl heaven. I've hunted swan there and made the mistake of not going when ducks were open. If you go, I have full faith you'll get your Swan but book a few days for geese and ducks. It's worth every penny. LDK
