I am working on the hunt report from last weeks brown bear hunting with Marius and Huntromania and it will be posted soon. But I can already say that Romania have surreal brown bear densities...

Mention that published package is more expensive because the hotel has a specific characteristic. http://www.hotelcasteldracula.ro/ atmosphere and the food is special. After the hunt you can visit our country characteristic areas such as old monasteries. We have two hunting areas, one is very close to the hotel, about 15 minutes, the other within 30 minutes. It is a unique opportunity to combine hunting with Discovering the legend of Dracula! For bear hunting licenses are limited, but you have opportunity to hunt wolf or wild boar.
P.S. For accommodation in another 4-star hotel prices drop 500 eur / package. Conditions will be the same: high standards!

Question - how is the CIC measurement on bears done ?

on the bait hunt, every hunter will have a guide who will indicate the approximate size of the bear that client what to shoot. After the shoot we will measure the skin in front of the hunter.

What are the Bronze silver and gold measurements.Do you go by skull or just hide size.

For the payment we measure only skin using CIC scoring.
