drummondlindseyI was actually going to ask how much you'd charge me for the tag
I saw this buck in December and he was within 1/4 mile of where he had lived all year. He's a stud!

drummondlindseyI'll see if I can't upload the video to put here

Drummond and I pretend to guide. We're just not real good at it, as you can see. That's why the big one is still out there!

Maybe I can self-guide and still pay the same price?

In all seriousness, I would like some additional information on the hunt.
It would be fun hunt for my 13 YO soon to be 14 YO daughter.
I was curious about where you would fly into (hopefully Denver?) and where we would need to stay, and what the terrain looks like.
You can email me at cpeccia@mt.net if you would prefer.
Thanks in advance guys!

Chris - You would fly to Denver, rent a vehicle, and come out to the ranch/ranches we schedule your for. Drive from DIA will be 1.5 - 2 hrs, just depending on the location.
Again, depending on the dates, you likely will stay at one of our ranch houses, where the owners charge $50.00 per person/per day for food/lodging. If not, local motel/restuarant.
At 14 yrs old, your daughter would qualify for the youth tag, so in 2012 its roughly $110.00, rather than $359.00
The picture above is what all the terrain looks like. Just mild/rolling sage & pasture land, with plenty of goats. Nothing difficult at all!

FishN4EyesAaron,
That sounds pretty good.
Can I choose the two day period or do you assign that?
Probably have to work around a volleyball schedule a bit.
How soon would I have to give you the exact dates?
I could easily drive but I'd probably have to make the travel as quick as possible to get her back to practice and school and we have a direct HLN to DIA flight.
Thanks, appreciate the info!

L. David KeithI took this hunt last year with friends and it was a blast. Not only did I get a real nice non typical buck, but saw why Aaron and these guys produce monster FAIR CHASE Mulies and Whitetails each year. This area is phenominal. You won't see vast herds of Antelope but you will see enough trophy bucks to give a good hunt. I was done the first day but was lucky. Erik was my guide and a very pleasant man to hunt with. Met Drummond and Patrick as well. These guys are some of the most serious hunters you will ever meet aside from being great company. I can highly recommend these fella's and would hunt with them anytime. Be sure to request the Cow decoy hunt...it's an experience. LDK

pinotguyAaron (et al),
Couple of questions for you:
- What would the costs be for 1x1?
- What would this hunt cost a CO resident?
Thanks.
P.S. - Great looking goats.
