Hello Everyone,

I was talking with Simon at SSG over the weekend. They have a couple of buff licenses left with dates available from mid November until December 20th 2012.

$9500 for 10 days including buffalo trophy fee, daily rates,Zim 4% tax, rt pick up/drop off Harare/Camp, trophy transport to taxidermist for d/p. ($3,000 refunded if buff not taken/wounded).

Listed price is over $13,000 for this hunt on their website.

There are lots of threads about hunts at SSG so you can see pics and get hunt feedback, if you have any additional comments or questions please pm me I am glad to help.

Best,

Patrick

PS-if I omitted anything in this post I apologize, I will update as necessary.

Plains game is plentiful, I shot a gorgeous Nyala, saw many Waterbuck, Impala, Kudu, Bushbuck, Warthog, etc. I wasnt hunting elephants but saw them frequently including a large bull right outside our chalet just before sunrise. Awesome place.

Svinejakt,

I've hunted with SSG twice and recommend them, especially for buffalo. We have also taken nice kudu, impala, nyala, warthog, leopard and a couple of elephant bulls. They have some huge waterbuck!

Thanks for the repliesSmiler
My dream hunt is buffalo and plains games in a Big 5 area. Seems that SSG can provide all of the above. I have read quite a few reports about Nixon as well, and would love to hunt here. Sadly I am still saving up for a hunt like this. Some day I will goSmiler

This area typically offers BIG Nyala. If a guy wanted to be picky, it would probably be a great place to spend 10 days only looking for 42" buffs and 30+ inch Nyala.
