Tred is coming back for a week and would like to share it with some new friends and fellow hunters. We have three spots left.

Come and have a blast hunting with Doug and Tred in a action packed week of chasing Black Bears with hounds, or spot and stalk hunting , whichever you choose. Everyone will have time to hunt with Tred and share a laugh or two around the dinner table.
There is 6 spots available for sale. First come first serve.
The hunt is June 6 to June 12 2012, seven full days of hunting
You can take time to try your hand fishing for rainbow trout at nearby lakes, go for a trail ride on our well broke horses. Spend time photographing some grizzly bears ( and no we cannot hunt them at this time. !!! too bad!!) maybe an afternoon shooting some longbows could be something to try as well.
You can take a bear with rifle, muzzleloader, or archery tackle including crossbows. Expect to see plenty of bears and see the dogs do their jobs. In fact Tred’s dog Tredster should be in fine form after a month of hard bear training.
A deposit of $2120.00 is required to hold your spot
The cost is $5500 plus 6% tax
A second bear maybe taken for $1000.00 once others have tagged out.
Licence $180.00
Bear tag $180.00
There is a 12% tax on the licence and tags.
Pickup and drop off at Anahim Lake BC is included
All meals and accommodations are included
Not included, alcohol, and gratuities

Larry,
Tred was given a clean bill of health after his last chemo treatment, that usually means 2 to 4 years of extended life he told me. This is good news. He is still in a chair, and will be for life. I will pass on your well wishes.

I am so impressed with what he has done since being restricted to the wheel chair. It is clear that he continues to love life, hunting and friendships when so many would have given up. I have come to be fan of his since seeing what he has made of his sittuation. I hope he continues to do well and enjoys every breath he takes.
