Exciting Night Hunt

Full Price of the Hunt is $10 550, and this is structured as follows;

• Day Fees for 14 full days of hunting for one hunter (arrival and departure days are not included and are free of charge) - $5000
• Day Fees for 14 days for one Observer (arrival and departure days are not included and are free of charge) – Free of charge
• 1 Serval - $1500
• 1 African Civet - $800
• 1 Small-spotted Genet - $300
• 1 Honey Badger - $600
• 1 African Porcupine - $150
• 1 Bushpig - $400
• 1 Caracal - $500
• 1 Black-backed Jackal – Free of charge
• 1 Baboon for bait – Free of charge
• 1 Vervet Monkey for bait – Free of Charge
• 3 Cull Impala for bait, that the hunter can shoot himself – Free of charge
• 1 Brown Hyena - $1300, if the hunters country of origin allows the import of this trophy. If not then it can be replaced with a Kudu Bull (bigger than 50 inches)or a Burchells Zebra
• All permits included


Additional animals can be added from the price list below. Our prices for this package are below the normal rate as we will hunt this package on our own land.

Terms & Conditions

1. Any animal Wounded will be paid for whether the
trophy is recovered or not
2. A deposit of 50% of the accommodation is payable
as confirmation of the booking.
3. The balance is payable on completion of the safari.
4. No refund on deposit, unless the safari is rebooked
at least three months prior to the safari. Confirmation
of the change of dates must be received from One on
One Safaris Booking Office, whereby the deposit will
be transferred to the new booking.
5. No personal cheques will be accepted. Payment
should be made either by cash or travellers cheques.



Liability
We undertake to exercise the utmost care to ensure
the safety of our guests and their belongings, yet
cannot be held responsible for any illness, accident,
act of God or any loss whatsoever, or any expense
arising there from. By booking and paying a deposit
for a safari you are deemed to have accepted this clause.

Interesting offer and fairly priced. How big is your property? How much in additional acreage do you have access to and how far away from your property?

Someone has asked for some more information about the night hunt. The best time of year for this hunt is any time from May to September, especially during the darkest moon.

I would suggest the following calibres, or something similar; .308 with 147 - 150 gr full metal jacket, or 7X57 with solids.

Of equal importance is the scope. The most important feature of the scope is an illuminated ret. For example the Leupold VX-III 1.5X5. The reason for this is that the hunt takes place under a red light and you often can only see the silhouette of the animal.

It is important that you are familiar with your rifle and scope and comfortable shooting in a variety of positions and conditions, especially lying and sitting.

Most of the activities for non-hunters are based on nature and wild-life. For instance;
- Big 5 Game drive in Welgevonden Nature Reserve
- Day visit to Cheetah Breeding centre
- Elephant Back Safaris.
There are also a number of different Spas in the area.
