For those looking for a true free range red stag hunt this is the one for you. The hunt takes place in the Quillen valley area, ranches along the Quillen river, Alumine River and Rahue valley of Argentina.

Red stag hunting during the Rut is a remarkable experience, being immersed in Red Stag country, surrounded by roaring stags is what great hunting memories are made of. The rut peaks from mid march to mid april.
Experience true free range hunting. This means 100% wild game and no fences. The outfitter limits the number of trophies taken each year in order to preserve the hunting areas for generations to come.
Exclusive access to 60.000 acres of private land as well as other smaller parcels.

As you can see the lodges are very comfortable but not fancy.








Be prepared for long shots up to 300 meters. This is a mountain hunt, so being in reasonable good shape opens up more hunting opportunities for our guests. However the outfitter will adapt according to the hiking capabilities of everyone. Horses are not necessary for every hunt, but add to the adventure. When hunting free range it is not all about the trophy size as much as the hunting experience of roaring stags and big open terrain landscapes.

You can also add on a day or two for fly fishing for trout as an additional activity, wading or floating rivers and small boat on the lake. There is an extra cost for this.
