Elk tags are on a draw. You need to apply for the regular license and special permits by March 15. The archery permit to apply for is 900-15. Should be close to 100% chance of drawing the permits. Rifle elk is about 20% chance of drawing and the permit number is 590-20.
there are 380 plus class bulls in this area. A shot at a solid 340 is really good.

Deer can be hunted on either the general tag or a special permit. The South side of the highway is general and the north side is special permit. We have ground leased on both sides. The mule deer buck permit to apply for is 530-50. There are some 180 plus 4 points on this
side. Mule deer average from the 140s to 170 classes. Whitetails are on a general tag as are mule deer in unit 590 (southside of the highway). Whitetails average from 120 to 150 class. Deer are hunted by spot and stalk or blinds and treestands.

Antelope are on a draw also. Unit for antelope is 530-00 and is about a 50% chance of
drawing. Archery antelope is permit number 900-00 and is 100% chance of drawing. We hunt

Update on spots still available.
My backcountry camp is full for 2014. I have 2 archery spots left for Archery Elk hunting on my Eastern Montana hunts. I haven't booked any dates for Rifle Elk hunts as I am having hunters apply for the Permit and we will schedule dates when we know who draws. I have One week filled for deer hunters already. I still have spots for rifle deer hunts Nov 8th to the 12th and Nov 20th to the 25th.

I will be at the the Eastern Chapter of Wild Sheep Feb 14 to the 16th and the Northwest Sports Show IN MN the end of March if any from those areas wants to talk about a trip.
