Woodcock Hill Inc. of 192 Spencers Road Benton, PA is offering a 10 Day Cape Buffalo and Plains Game Hunt from 21 to 30 June 2014 at the World Famous Zimbabwe BVC (Bubye Valley Conservancy.
The BVC is at the top of well managed and fully secure areas remaining in wild Africa. The hunt is in their top Camp, Samanyanga which is five star as African Camps go.

The BVC is noted for it's stringent anti-poaching patrols, part of your daily rate goes to maintain and train this professional staff. Each and every PH who is allowed on the BVC is of the VERY HIGHEST Reputation, fools are NOT tolerated.

There are 6 Chalets available, each with full amenities sleeping two.

There are 8 buffalo on quota, which allows for a Husband/Wife, or two family members each to take a buffalo if they wish to hunt 2 x 1.

You will be met at the Bulawayo airport by your PH, then either transported at no charge to camp if you opt to travel with your PH. If you wish and do not care to drive the 4 odd hours to the BVC in a Hunting Vehicle then a fully kitted out mini bus is available at a modest cost roughly $250.00 US round trip per person this year. Should you wish to fly into camp that may be arranged but the cost is unknown as we never have had anyone wanting to do this.

Lemco, as the the Bubye Valley Conservancy (BVC) was previously called is a privately owned 850,000 acre wild life reserve  in the south central part of Zimbabwe.  The Bubye Valley Conservancy is one of the finest hunting concessions to be found anywhere in Africa, and remains one of the few areas
where hunting surrounded by the big 5 is still possible. There are 8 exclusively booked hunting camps located on the concession.
The BVC has 1/3 of the remaining black Rhino in the World and frequently seen while on your hunt.  Dangerous and plains game hunting within the conservancy is all free range, The BVC  offers a diverse variety of species.
 The Bubye Valley Conservancy is perfect for all hunters and wild life wanting to bring families and children.

While in the BVC you will not find the area "Poached Out" as with so many areas in Africa.
The BVC maintains a large full time professionally trained Anti Poaching Patrol.
  The Bubye Valley Conservancy is easiest to reach through Johannesburg (South Africa) on the morning flight to Bulawayo (Zimbabwe) where you shall be met by your PH.
Then it is an easy 4 hour road transfer to the safari area. If you wish air charters can be arranged into Camp.
You may if you have time wish to spend a Night at the World Famous Bulawayo Club either before or after your Safari.
You may either ride with you PH to camp or a quality Mini-Bus with proper refreshments will transport you at a small extra charge.

TERMS OF BUSINESS
All prices are quoted in US dollars.
We require a deposit being 50% of Total Daily Rates plus 2% ZTA Government Levy be transferred to secure a booking
with the balance of Daily Rates to be transferred one month prior to hunt commencement.
The deposit on any cancellations for valid reasons will be refunded less a 10% handling fee and less the booking agent’s commission.
No deposit refund will be payable inside a 30 day period before the safari is due to start.
Payment must be made in cash, traveler’s checks or a certified bank draft.
All animals wounded or killed must be paid for in full. Blood signs equates to wounding.
All charges are subject to change.
All final payments for the selected hunt are due and payable at the end of the hunt.
Transit between hunting concessions is regarded as a safari day or part thereof.
Non-hunting observers are welcome at the advertised observer rate.
