Mongolia is what the old west used to be – wide open spaces, bright blue skies, livestock and big game roaming free without fences, truly a hunter’s paradise. Experience an amazing region of the world and upon success, immediately take home a beautiful trophy with you right after the hunt.

Hunting takes place in the Altai Mountains at an elevation of 6,000-10,000 feet. Base camps are set high and close to the hunting areas and horseback is used to carry hunter further into the mountains. The trip starts in the capital city of Ulaan Baatar where you will be met by our staff and either overnight at a hotel or continue to the hunting area by another flight or jeep ride. In addition to skilled local guides and translators, our US operator, Preston Cavner will be present during these hunts as well. Preston has spent a lot of time in Asia getting the hunts, camps and equipment set up right.

Hunters also have the option of adding on some eagle falconry and additional tourism options which would make a great addition to a Mongolia hunting adventure.

6 actual hunting days, but the average for success is 3 days.

Dates : Oct 1st-8th or 8th-15th.

Cost: $9500 2x2 (2 hunters with 2 guides)

Includes: Ground transportation to hunting camp. Hunting camp equipment and food. Guides and support crew, including an english speaking staffer. Trophy fees and importation/export paperwork. Concession or government land fees, or private land fees.

Excludes: International and domestic flights. Lodging in Ulaan Baatar (if applicable).
