I have one spot in September and 2 in November
for Muledeer. I will be guiding these myself, accessing the alpine on horse staying a comfy cabin just at treeline.
Tophy size you should expect to see 150 to 190 class bucks, don't expect one around every corner, but with a good effort you should connect.
My area is a low pressure area, remote BC wilderness. I have seen one other hunting party in 6 years up there,
The hunts are 7 days in length, you will ride in on day one and ride out on day 7. The ride to camp is about 3 hours from my lodge.

Price include pickup and dropoff from Aniham Lake BC, all food and lodging, and trophy field prep.
Price is $5500.00 plus 2 1/2% tax
License is $201.60
Tag is $140.00

You can add a black bear for $1500.00 trophy fee if you want.

This price is a steal for this hunt. Don't let the pictures of the country scare you off!The horses do a lot of the work.

I can't believe someone hasn't grabbed this awesome deal.

I hunted that area from the same cabin some 5 years ago for a Goat which I took on day 5. The area is some of the best you'll ever see and the Mule Deer are there in good numbers with some real big ones. Sitting contemplating the Goat I had just shot, I spotted 2 bucks, had to be twins, bedded down in each end of a small piece of scrub. They wpould have gone 175 plus and were the most symmetrically 4 by 4 Mulies I've seen - and they were at max 400 meters.
And I had not bought a deer tag, understand that....

We mounted that second mule deer pictured. It had incredible MASS. It was virtually a hog. Had to weigh 350lbs +.

Yes Dennis,
That buck John shot was close to 400 lb, a true monster. It took 2 of us to move it 15 feet for pictures. He ended up with a good buck after waiting to long on better bucks the day before.
Still an awesome old warrior taken near the end of his life.

Doug and Julie run a good hunt and have a great place. But do not get suckered into a game of Pente with their daughter Courtney. She is deadly good and beat me like a red headed step child.

Well I guess this opportunity has come and gone for this year. We got back last night with a nice buck. Not the biggest we saw by 20 inches or so but had perfect velvet which the hunter was after.
Here are a couple pictures from the hunt.

The nice thing is I haven't seen another hunter up there in 6 seasons, your own private hunting grounds.
