Hi all

I have a great deal on a few remaining buffalo bulls to be sold to be hunted in the Caprivi during the 2013 hunting season. (From 1 February to 30 November 2013)

Specific area will depend on what time of the year you come, early on the year would be Sobbe, later would be Kabulabula, November would be Sobbe again.

Option 1:
Trophy buffalo bull hunt, for 7 days, including all accommodation, food, drinks, 2 travel days, and a buffalo trophy bull (good chance at a bull over 40 inches).
US$ 16 500

Option 2:
Non trophy buffalo hunt, bull in the 35 to 36 inch class, includes same as above, but booked for bull of around 35 inches.
US$ 9990

Both these hunts can include Burchells zebra(1500), impala (650), wildebeest (1000) at trophy fee alone. Kudu(1500) can also be added if quota allows it.
If non-export elephant bull, roan, hippo, crocodile or sable is added, you will need an additional 5 days @ US$ 1000/ day.
Trophy elephant may only be added if left over on quota at the time of the actual hunt, and the trophy fee will be negotiated then.

To book, I need 50% of the package fee, and the rest no later than 60 days prior to the hunt.

Hunt will be conducted by myself (Karl Stumpfe) or Fred Bezuidenhout, two of the most experienced PH's operating in the communal areas of the Caprivi today.
Accomodation will be in a tented camp or my main camp which consists of grass and reed chalets. 1st day is a travel day, where you can be picked up from Katima Mulilo airport (Mpacha) or Kasane airport, day 2 to 8 is hunting days, and day 9 drop off at same airport. If your hunt finishes early, you are welcome to stay the rest of the days and enjoy some fishing in the Zanbezi and Chobe rivers.

If booked before 31st of January 2012, I will include a free observer for the duration of the hunt.
Alternatively, I will be at DSC in booth 403 and at SCI Reno at booth 152 to discuss this hunt, or any other hunt you may like.

For more info, or to book this hunt, I can be contacted directly on karl@huntingsafaris.net (or phone on +264811285416) or you could contact Rose Bezuidenhout that handles the admin on admin@huntingsafaris.net

Here are a few examples of buff we shot recently, as well as one teaser bull that was safe because the hunter has filled his tag already...

The Sobbe is a great area, especially as one gets older. The area alongside the park has good 2-track access, so you don't wind up on a 10-12 mile Buff chase. Most can be spotted by vehicle in the distance, then off on foot for the hunt.

Hi Texas Blue Devil

Kabulabula is on the Namibian side of the Chobe river, opposite the Chobe National Park of Botswana. Yes, in August I will be hunting Kabulabula, as by that time Sobbe is too dry to relaibly have buffalo there.
