New Mexico: Elk - Black Bear

I started on this project last year and now it's come to fruition. I have the following to offer for New Mexico Elk and Black Bear.
Elk
Private ranch, fair chase (no high fences) with 2 land owner tags (no drawing required available. 15,000 acres containing 8,000-9,000 acres of Elk habitat. Some food plots will be in place by fall. 5 day hunts (Oct 1 - Dec 31, 2010). Any 5 days not taken will be open to you. Food, lodging (new lodge), fully guided. Average bull: 300 B&C although 350+ bulls are there. Unit is 46 near Wagon Mound. Only two rifle tags are available. Very limited hunting is allowed to keep this ranch highly productive. $5,500 plus $571 Elk tag and $4 conservation stamp. $2,750 deposit to book hunt. Balance due 30 before hunt date. Book early, this is a tough ranch to get to hunt on due to limited tags.
Black Bear
May be hunted during Elk hunt. Animal of opportunity but they are there. Tags are $260. Trophy fee of $1,000 only if successful. Coyotes, Bobcat, Fox are free. Contact me for any particulars.
