I have 2 private Ranch Only Bull Elk permits for New Mexico.
These  are for Muzzleloader or rifle hunts.
Hunt dates Muzzleloader any 5 days after October 6 till December 26
Rifle hunts any 5  days after October 12 till December 26
These permits are for a ranch in one of the best elk areas in the country.
This is unit 36 near Ruidoso, NM. This is the same area  the famous Mescalero reservation is located.
I have hunted this area  my self many times and have had many others also hunt with  a 
100% success  rate.
These are only the permits to buy a licenses and hunt this ranch.

No transportation.
If you want these permits we can arrange all the above.
This is a very easy area to hunt hard to get permits with high success rates.
We stay in a motel and drive to the ranch each morning.
Camping can also be arranged.

The draw for 2013 is over and the lucky license guys have them by now.
