I have one grizzly hunt open July 25- august 3 of 2017.
This is my highest success rate time frame. Blueberries are ripening up and there are a few salmon running the river in the valley. This is a base camp tent hunt, home style meals and as always I do all my own guiding. My camps are all smoke free and alcohol free. Hides are not as good as they are in September or later season but success rate is considerably higher on this hunt. Black bears can be taken incidental
To the grizzly. Air taxi is included in the price.
Not included is hunting license and tags.

This is my last spot open for 2017. Trying to get it all sealed up before license costs go up for folks.

I just bought licenses for my daughter and I for 2017 and 2018. I bought deer/black bear tags for 2017. I'm seriously considering buying a grizz and moose tag for 2018 for myself and figuring out details this winter for the '18 hunt.

As it is I plan on deer hunting POW maybe Kodiak. I put in for Black bear draw on POW for fall and spring. I will keep watching on here for a cancellation hunt

From pictures I have seen he has an area or areas that produce great bears.
Bears are fun to hunt but hunting in general is fun.
