If you've never eaten scimitar horned oryx, they are definitely worth the price!

Agreed....I still have a little left in my freezer, but it won't be there long.

Wade: What are the field-dressed carcasses likely to weigh?

I would estimate the Red Deer to field dress around 200-250 lbs....the Oryx around 150-200 lbs....and the Blackbuck around 50-60 lbs.

Wade, FYI, I think you're a little heavy on the "field dress weights" for the reds and oryx.

The Red Deer hunts are sold....but we still have one young Oryx female hunt available.

There are still plenty of the $650 management Blackbuck hunts available.

We also have some nice trophy female Oryx available for $1,650 each.

That's very possible....I've never weighed any on a scale.
