medved; Recommended minimum caliber in RSA: .375 caliber. However, Foot pounds for reloaders using well constructed bullets might work if following South Africa law pertaining to minimum requirements. With this question, I'll refer to the outfitter for clarification. Will the 9.3x74 R kill a Buffalo? Yes, under proper circumstances, using well constructed bullets placed in the kill zone but we must follow their laws so let me check. I'll get back to you asap. PM sent.
