On this hunt you can take a Bongo + Sitatunga or buff + 4 species from b/c group.

Great news, Giant forest hog and Yellow back duiker are now included in b/c group so you dont need to buy an additional licence so a saving of 1.200 euros. There is however a 2.000 upgrade + of course the t/fees to be paid if one is taken. We have the most number of YB duiker permits in cameroon so a v. good chance of getting one. And those in the know prize it even more than a bongo!

Trophy fees
€7,500 euro upgrade for any additional Class A species above your hunt package (excluding elephant)

Getting there: Fly from Paris to Yaounde and overnight. Next day drive to camp.

We have been doing these hunts for a long time and have several references available. A great opportunity for someone who wants to experience the forests of cameroon and hunt some neat animals!

To discuss the hunt:

Bongo - of all the animals in the forest best chance of shooting one with good rain conditions
Sitatunga - last season we shot 4. The concession has some great swamps where these are hunted
Forest buffalo - mainly by tracking. Not easy but they are there
Giant forest - the outfitter has figured out how to hunt them and an archer got one which is an incredible feat, on the next hunt they nearly shot one but one of those things!
Yellow back - by calling mostly. Last season one was shot and lost and others seen but not taken
Smaller duikers - plenty of them around, taken by calling everyone gets a few.
