I have a lease opportunity in Brown County near Bangs, TX. It is 160 acres with some heavy brush and some open areas for potential food plots. It has never been leased and never commercially hunted and is low fenced. There are 2 stock ponds on it, one with very good fishing. This place is very good deer hunting, lots of turkeys and excellent dove hunting.

Elec and water is available for a travel trailer if needed. There is an old house on the place but it would need a lot of work to be suitable for lodging.

I am looking for family oriented hunters or hunters with good land stewardship practices. Available for year round leasing. Probably 2 hunters max or a father/son situation would be best. You would be free to cut senderos as needed and I have a nearby farmer available if you need planting done, for a small fee to him.

Contact me to set up an appointment to come look at the place. Pictures of the place are available via email if you would like.

$1950 for a yearly lease from Sept 1 to Aug 31. However we would allow you to come set up before Sept 1 to be ready for dove season if you need to.

email is: hossfly308@hotmail.com

I didn't learn this by reading about it or seeing it on TV. I learned it by doing it.

LRH270,
AWW hell no! You'll bring that big gun of yours and shoot some poor deer with an 800gr projectile going 12,000fps.....haha.

Actually, best bet is to email me so I can send you pics.

With appologies for posting a link to another site, I will be out of town for a wedding until sunday and my email has been quite full, thanks for the responses. I dont want to leave anyone out but I will be away for a while and not able to respond so I'm posting this link so everyone can see.

This link has pics of the place on it. I'm showing this place on Sunday afternoon and can meet anyone that wants to come see it but my time is fairly limited because of family obligations. I can be reached at the phone number below.

I hope I'm not breaking any rules here:

Thanks,

To all of you who have called and emailed me, thank you very much. I appreciate it. However, I will be signing the contract on this place and leasing it on Saturday. I am very sorry if I could not reply to eveyone's emails promptly, I had a mass about of resonse to this lease and tried to get to as many as possible that I though would match with the place.

However, if anything "falls through" or does not work out, I will repost this lease and go to the next person. Again, sorry I couldn't get to everyone one on this one. I appreciate your questions, emails and calls. Thanks again.
