Mike,
Call me about this one. I leave this Wednesday to hunt with Jeremy again for a mixed pheasant/quail bag... that is me in the first photo holding the little Cocker. Jeremy puts on a solid hunt and wait until you see some of his whitetail trophies, not to mention his mulies!

Judge, not only did we leave the room clean, we may have left a wee dram of single malt and a bottle or two of a darn nice Cab!

Jeremy, as always you, J.L., Sarah and Amy provided outstanding upland hunting, superb home cooking and great Kansas hospitality! We will be back!

I don't know where Jeremy hunts or anything about his operation but I can say one thing and that's there are TONS of birds up there this year. I just got back from my usual trip with buddies, to Liberal, and we hammered them Friday, Saturday and yesterday. The most impressive deal about the whole trip was the amount of quail we saw and shot. I think we shot about 30 pheasant and 25 quail for 5 guys hunting Friday afternoon(2 hrs), Saturday until about noon and Sunday morning(1.5 hrs). If anyone gets the chance to hunt SW Kansas, I would take advantage of this year for sure!

SafariTracker4868 you are welcome to come up any time and slaughter all the pheasant you want but you leave my beloved quail alone.

Don't be surprised if you see a fair to meddling whitetail or mule deer when your hunting birds.

Last week I saw more than one B&C whitetail and mule deer and a zillion ringnecks. My only concern was that the dadgum birds would spook the deer I was hunting.

And rest assured, Russell, I didn't leave any single malt.

I'm going to hunt some pheasants next year. Anyone want to join me?

Jeremy and Sara are the best! It is a true family operation. The food is wonderful, the lodge comfortable and well appointed. Make sure they have the homemade Chex mix to squirrel in you pack for a snack while hunting.

Heck Ernest you are more than welcome to join our motley band! I can't promise you we shoot many birds but I can promise you we don't miss on the bull!

And a little known secret, we have the best wine cellar in all of Kansas for approximately three days!
