Could you tell us a bit about the hunting itself? That came up a bit short in your original post (in fact, it darn near disappeared in between luxurious lunches and the beauty parlor...):

- in what area of Romania will the hunt take place?
- who owns and manages the area?
- what is the size of the area?
- how many roe buck are taken off this ground every year?
- what is the trophy size (specify antler weight, please) expected?
- what is the typical age of bucks to be shot?
- describe the area in terms of landscape (e.g. percentage open fields vs. forested areas)?
- hedgerows prominent?
- typical size of fields to be hunted?
- typical crops (grass, grain, corn sunflowers...) in May?
- what is the method of hunting (e.g. high seat, driving car, stalking on foot)?
- how many high seats, condition?
- what will the height of the vegetation be on the 15-May (I'm guessing already pretty darn high)?
- no hunts before 15-May?
- who will be the guide, what is his experience?
- can the hunter state an expected trophy size/age and only be told to shoot if the buck meets expectations?
- what are the accommodations like (e.g. single or double, bath or shower facilities, shared or private)?
- describe the food to be expected?

I realize this is primarily a US forum, but we should probably not forget to say, that unless the trophy size of the expected 3 bucks is right up there (rapidly approaching 4-500 gram), for a 3 buck roe deer hunt, 6K$ is fairly hefty. Now I know, most other hunts won't include the trip to the beauty parlor, but in all honesty, surely lunches and manicure can't be how you would like to sell your hunting?? If, on the other hand, you can reliably produce top class trophies (1x500+ and 1x450+ 1x400+ gram, say), then the price may be quite reasonable - beauty parlor and all...

The hunt will take place on the plain of river Danube in two neighboring hunting areas, approximately 35 000 hectares both about 150 km from Bucharest.One of the area belongs to one of the richest men in Romania, who owns four star hotel where will be accommodated hunters. The other area belongs to the state and here was shot number five in the top 10 Roe deer from Romania. Not quite sure, will have to check. Trophy expectation is over 350 grams up to 450 grams. ROE deer season begins legal in Romania after 15 May. Method of hunting is driving car and stalking on foot. The guide will be me during the whole trip, including tour of Bucharest, from the airport arrival to departure. My hunting experience? I am the third generation of hunters and I am hunting over 12 years. If I am wrong by more than 50 grams with appreciation of trophy you can get it for free.
This package is specially made for US hunters and is an alternative to hunting Roe deer from Spain.

I 'won' a trip here on AR to shoot ducks with George this fall, and we corresponded some, and FWIW, he seemed like a decent guy. I had hoped to add something onto the trip, and was planning on bringing the wife. I guess only time will tell as far as what's going to happen with that...

Horia (Horia is one of my former partners, the person who posts with my name, I think it is my ex partner Horia because the other one does not speak English) I've always suspected that you're not very smart, but now it is very clear: there are hundreds of ways in which you can try to ruin my reputation and my name.
I have not been followed and watched by police for no charge ever.
I already sent an official letter to the Romanian Police in asking them to officially declare my innocence. Wednesday, when I get back from hunting I'll post their official response.
