To make it affordable the operator I work with in TZ is offering 2 and 3 buffalo packages for two hunters hunting 1x1! The total prices given are for both hunters. The list of game available on 1 license is split into two licenses, so that each hunter has his own hunting license and is hunting legally. It is up to you to share the cost of the hunt and the quota allowed however you wish to between yourselves.

The hunts will take place is Rungwa Game Reserve and Ugalla Game Reserves East and Ugunda which are considered some of the best hunting concessions in Western Tanzania and offer superb hunting and trophy quality.

10-Day Buffalo hunt. Total cost $33,000 - 1x1 basis for 2 hunters :
In this package you can hunt 2 Buffalo, plus 1 of each of the following: Zebra, Lichtenstein’s Hartebeest, Warthog, Southern Impala, Bush pig, Grysbok, Common Duiker, Hyena Spotted and Yellow Baboon.
In Ugalla you can also hunt Topi in this package. Crocodile can be added to this package in Ugalla and Ugunda for a success fee of $5,000.


10 Day 3 Buffalo hunt - Total cost $42,000 - 1x1 basis for 2 hunters:

• Fire arms rental $60 per day each plus $10 per round of ammunition.

GETTING THERE
--------------
One of the biggest added costs on a TZ safaris is the cost of your charter flight that is required to access many hunting areas. However these areas do not require a charter flight.

UGALLA AND UGUNDA : 2 hour flight from Dar es Salaam to Tabora by scheduled flight, followed by 3.5 hour by car from Tabora to Ugalla camp and 2.5 hour drive to Ugunda Camp: Total round trip cost including flight for
1 pax will be $ 800, for 2 pax 600$ each, each, 3 pax $500 each and 4 pax $ 400 each.

RUNGWA: 1 hour flight from Dar to Dodoma by scheduled flight followed by 7 hour drive to Rungwa camp. Total round trip cost including scheduled flight for 1 pax will be $ 900, for 2 pax 700$ each, each, 3 pax $600 each and 4
pax $ 500 each.
