We are offering 3 X hunts at discounted rates for the 2105 season. These hunts can be taken anytime between 1st June and 30th November but preferably not at the same time nor when there is another Lion hunt being conducted.


CHEWORE SOUTH - THE ZAMBEZI VALLEY - ZIMBABWE

3 x LION HUNTS - PRICES AS LAID OUT BELOW....

ALL THREE HUNTS INCLUDE - LION, BUFFALO BULL, TUSKLESS, BUFFALO FEMALE, PLAINS GAME

21 DAYS @ $1600 PER DAY ($33 600)
TROPHY FEES..
LION $25 000
BUFFALO $5 000
TUSKLESS $4 000
BUFFALO FEMALE $2 500
2% GOVNT LEVY $672
4% GOVN`T LEVY ON TROPHY FEES OF ANIMALS TAKEN.
OBSERVERS AT $300 PER PERSON PER DAY.

AIR CHARTER (HARARE-CHEWORE SOUTH-HARARE) $2300 SINGLE ENGINE $3400 TWIN ENGINE PLUS $30 PER PERSON DEPARTURE TAX AND 2% GOVERNMENT LEVY ON CHARTER.
MARS – MEDICAL AIR RESCUE $230 PER PERSON.
DIP/PACK $690-$890 DEPENDING ON FINAL COUNT OF TROPHY`S TAKEN.

I WILL ADD ON A SABLE ($5500) TO THE ONE HUNT, A CROCODILE($4000) TO THE OTHER AND A HIPPO($4000)TO THE THIRD HUNT.THESE THREE ANIMALS WILL BE ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
HUNTS CAN BE CONDUCTED ANYTIME BETWEEN NOW AND 30TH NOVEMBER BUT PREFERABLY NOT WHILE THERE IS ANOTHER LION HUNT IN PROGRESS.

Just a query, what is the normal price of this hunt? Are the day fees discounted
or is the discount in the trophy fees?.

I hunted in Chewore south a couple of seasons ago and thoroughly enjoyed the concession.

Hi Nick

Thanks for your question. Trophy fees are as per normal on all trophies except the Lion which has increased. The reasoning behind this is to offer the client a drastically reduced daily rate (which is the case in this hunt special) and to add onto the main animal(lion) in this case.Therefor payment comes with success. Our reasoning behind this is the fact that the shooting of immature Lions is now over, they need to be 5-6 years old as the set minimum age. This is more fair ll round and that is what we aim to achieve.

We have also added on extra animals here which would not normally be a part of this hunt. So to answer your question this really is considerably discounted with the chance of taking extra trophies. I am glad you enjoyed Chewore South it really is a fantastic area.

That is cheap compared to what I have heard that Zambian operators are going to ask.
