How is the gun situation.
Rental available?
And what about the trophy price listing.
Driven hunt, you shoot bunch of pigs and you get to be charged for each boar trophy fee?
I’m bit confused on that one.
Please clarify those
Thank you

@boarkiller, he mentions “without points limits “. To me that infers no trophy fees.
And my question is.... How many hunters participate in the driven hunt ?

What a utterly silly way to price “hunts”!

Pay per centimeters!

I would not participate in any hunt that has prices according to size!

I think I will stick to hunting Africa.

Where one one pays per animal, regardless of size or age.

I've had a strong desire to hunt several countries in Europe but have passed on every one due to the weight or inch determination of trophies. I mean, how does one know how much money to bring to pay for the hunt?
I'm considering Argentina in 2020 but will stick to what I know in Africa.

I have had no issues with shooting over budget. Customarily there is a 5 to 10 percent grace zone.

They can Judge them like we can Judfe Whitetail.

I like it. Some animals have it all, but a 3.2 kilo Fallow can be really old and just on the down hill. I think the weight measurement is best for insuring an age class is taken.

If you tell them, “I do not want to go over x. You will not unless you just want to.

But I have only been 3 times. So, call me ignorant if thou wish.

My hunts in Ireland are all fixed prices regardless of size. No paying extra for more points on a stag.

The Turks must have changed their gun laws since I was there several decades ago when rifles were prohibited; I managed to obtain special permission to import and possess but was not allowed to use them for hunting.

The closest you would get to a rifled barrel was for 12gauge slug (Brenneke) which is what we used for Boar which being considered vermin, was FOC and shoot as many as you could.

There was no limit on wing shooting of any species; duck hunting was incredible as was Quail, Chukkar and Woodcock, so were the freezing temperatures. Big Grin

Times have certainly changed.

Saeed,
If you ever would like to come to hunt in Spain on a flat trophy fee just let me know and I will put a plan together for you. Escalating trophy fees are a common thing but they are not the only way. Alvaro
