He and a partner have been managing this property since 2000 and they also hunt this particular pasture.

Three openings on 2700 acres in Archer County Texas between Olney and Archer City. Part of 16,000 contiguous acres.

Property has been under a strict management plan since 2000 to help insure quality deer, all property is low fenced.

Hunting for whitetail deer, Rio Grande turkey, feral hogs, dove, and predators.

Excellent cover and rugged topography. Hills, draws, and creek bottom habitat. Six stock ponds. Six free-choice protein feeders provided and maintained.

Use of a rustic cabin is also included. Lease ends March 1, 2012. Bucks to 160 gross B & C have been taken on this lease. Price is $2500.00 per hunter.

I work on this property filling the protien feeders and maintaining the feeders Robert uses.

This area is about 40 miles south of Wichita falls and slightly over 100 miles west/northwest of the DFW Metroplex.

No, luckily none of the properties we have, have been hit by the fires.

Boss has decided to drop the price a little more on these spots. New price is $2000.00 a gun and for $300.00 more, we will supply a pop up blind and a feeder.
