Is this behind a fence? If so, how big of an area is it? Are these wild elephants or farm raised?

What is the Trophy fee? You say 22,500is all inclusive in the flyer, but in the text says this does not include Trophy fee.

So, how much is it. I think this post does not conform to the rules for posting hunt solicitions. I would normally not care, but we are talking money.

I think what the offer is that the total cost is $22.5K and that of that amount $17.5K is the trophy fee. In other words, if you did not shoot a bull the hunt would cost $5K.

It still wasn't a clear thing, and when TF's were brought up i added the 2 together to get the $40k.

As to "pouncing", I've no issues with the guy trying to make a living. The add was a little ambiguous, and i wasn't the only one whom thought so, and clarification was asked for.

Have a look at the ele offers put up by the Zim guys like CMS and Mokore. the deals are spelt out clearly and succinctly.

This is IMO.

To be fair, I was confused also. The text under the ad does say trophy fee excluded. The short response about the fee doesn't say it is included.

It's a good price and I wish you well selling the hunt.

5 Full hunting days
1 Arrival day
1 Departure day
1 Elephant (realistic size expectation 15-20lbs)
Airport pickup Polokwane (If you wish to drive from OR Tambo it's fine, we will pick you up at no extra cost)
Total cost $22500.00 if the hunt is successful

$5000.00 Accommodation
$17500.00 Trophy fee

The hunt has to be conducted before the end of March when the quota expires and a new quota is set for 2018.

The total size of the property is 45'000ha / 110'000 acres

You will be hunting on a Private Game Reserve

The reserve is fenced on all sides.
The Elephants have not been relocated onto the property/reserve.
