Friends - Below is a list of hunts we are offering at the moment, if you have interest in any of them please contact me at globalhunts@aol.com

Hunt #1: Cancellation Elk Hunt - January 2016!

Outfitter - Compass West Outfitters

License - $580.00

Friends, this is a last minute discount hunt offered on a tremendous private ranch in southern New Mexico - bordering the Mescalero Reservation. The Mescalero charges $18,000 for their trophy elk hunts!

I took a 340" bull on this ranch in November 2015, but wish I could have hunted in December/January as late snows have brought a lot more bulls onto the ranch in the past 4-6 weeks. Bulls in the 320" - 360" range are the norm, with a chance for something bigger. Since 2009, five bulls over 400" have been taken off the ranch, so the chance does exist for a true giant!

Hunt Dates: Any 5 consecutive days between now and January 31, 2016

Normal Price: $10,500.00 - 1x1 / 5 day hunt

Discounted Price: $7,500.00 - 1x1 / 5 day hunt

Hunt #2: Alaskan Spring & Fall Grizzly Bear - an incredible hunt for a true mountain grizzly. Bears are typically 7.5' - 8.5', hunted in a spectacular setting all while traversing the wilderness on your own snow machine / 4-wheeler near Nome, Alaska.

Outfitter - Council Alaska Outfitters

Hunters will stay in heated cabin, with good food. Wolf hunting is also included at no additional charge.

Dates: April 15 - May 10, 2016 / Aug. 15 - Sept. 15, 2016

1x1 - 7 Day hunt at $16,000.00

License/Tag - $585.00

Hunt #3: Zimbabwe Plains Game

Outfitter - Rosslyn Safaris

These packages are for bow hunters and/or rifle hunters. Prices include all govt levies at current rates. Other species are available subject to quota and at normal trophy fees.

7 day / 1x1 sable hunt including trophy fee - $10,995.00

7 day / 1x1 plains game hunt including trophy fees for one each zebra, blue wildebeest, Impala, warthog, kudu. The kudu may be substituted for a giraffe - $6,695.00

7 day / management hunt 2on 1 or 1on1 (same price for one or two clients, so a pair of hunters could split this package) Price calculated on 20 x Impala 5 x zebra 5 x Wildebeest 2 x warthog.

Note - this hunt is management - $10,750.00 total price.

Bow Hunters - add $100.00 per day for Zimbabwe bow permit.

Hunt #4: B.C. Black Bear Hunt

Outfitter - Big Boar Outfitters

Friends, I am hosting a group hunt this coming spring with an outfitter friend of mine that I have been working with for over 10 years!

We'll be hunting big black bears with hounds, one of the most exciting hunts you will ever find. We are going to have cabins, showers, home cooked meals and plenty of bear hunting action.

I'll also be filming the hunts for future episodes of Vision Quest, as well as Trijicon's World of Sports Afield.

If you and/or your buddies are interested in hunting with me, please contact me asap and we'll get you locked in. Expect bears in the 6' - 7.5' range, and color phase bears are not uncommon.

Dates: May 23 - 28, 2016 (we will arrive in Kamloops on May 22nd)

Prices: 2x1 hunt / $4,150.00 - 1x1 hunt / $6,300.00
2nd bear trophy fee - $1,650.00
License - $210
Tags - $210 each
Hunter Conservation fund - $210
2.5% tax on hunt price

Hunt #5: Alaska Coastal Brown Bear – Currently we have a single 1x1 hunt available for Alaska’s largest bear subspecies for spring 2016. This outfitter is a long-time experienced bear guide, in this case hunting the Alaska Peninsula Wildlife Refuge.

The area offers a great opportunity for a 9’ – 10’ brownie! We are offering this hunt at a discounted rate, as the previous client had to pull out of his hunt for personal reasons. Hunter should be in good shape, as the outfitter/guide wants to be as mobile as possible for best odds at a big bear!

Outfitter - Joey Klutsch

Season Dates: May 10 – 31, 2016

1x1 hunt - 12 hunting days

Normal Price: $24,500.00

Discount Price: $19,500.00

License / Tag cost = $585.00

Could you provide a little more info. on the Zimbabwe management hunt? Specifically:

1. Where in Zim does the hunt take place? How large is the area and is it in a Safari or communal area? Fenced?

2. What constitutaes a management animal? Can we just shoot non trophy males or is it primarily females or some combination?

3. What airport do you fly to? Is transportation to/from the airport included in the price? Any extra costs other than the quoted fee?

1. Near Bulawayo, the property is private / 32,000 acres under fence.

2. Management animals will be old/mature, sick or just animals the PH deems to be a management animal. Certainly non-trophy males will be part of the management plan.

2. Fly to Bulawayo, transportation to/from is included - and as indicated above, all govt fees/levys are included in price. Tips to PH/Staff not included.

Hopefully that helps?
