MARK H. YOUNGOPPORTUNITY FOR MONSTER LEOPARD W/PETE FICK for '11
A lot of you old Zim hands know that Pete Fick who hunted many years with the Duckworths has been on his own now for a couple of years. You probably also know he is very good at what he does and is an excellent cat man.
Pete is letting me offer a 1x1 14 day leopard hunt on the Bubye Conservancy for him. Pete tells me he thinks this is the best chance in Zim for a truly big leopard.
The Bubye camp is open 4-18 June and 15-28 Aug and you'd have camp and area excluivity for the duration of your hunt.
Pete will do the hunt himself.
Pricing:
1x1 14 days $950 per day
Leopard trophy fee $3,750
Observers $240/day.
4% levy on trophy fees.
2% levy on daily rates.
Dip/Pack of trophies $600 - $1200 (depending on animals taken).
$300 vehicle transfer Bulawayo/Camp/return.
MARS $10 per day
I'll post bait and additional animal trophy fees as soon as I can get them from Pete.
Contact me anytime with your questions.

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

PAC penguin? In Zimbabwe? must I?

dogcatFrontal brainshot?
Body shot?
Solids needed?
24 February 2011, 00:55
MARK H. YOUNGI would suggest a solid. I was not offering the penguin add-on in Zim. We could arrange that in RSA but there might be some minor legal issues to deal with. I'd need to look into that. I don't think it would be a problem though. Anybody know the CITES quota and US, F&W position on importing flightless, aquatic birds?

Kathi http://huntnetwork.net/modules...ankyou,old%20Boy.pdfGood luck to whoever books this hunt. Hunting here was one of our best times in Africa. GREAT leopards and numerous lion with some elephants with bad attitudes. Unbelievable amounts of plainsgame. Easy ride from Bulawayo.
