Is this a tuskless bull, or cow? Assuming a bull, how does Namibia define "tuskless" (broken at the lip, how much showing, etc)? If a tuskless cow, how prevalent is this genetic trait among the “desert elephants”?

Sorry, its a tuskless cow.
You can export hide and all.
Desert elephants are not available on a regular basis. This is a unique oppotunity.
