Not likely to be repeated... FREE NYALA if you book a 10 day hunt with me
10 Hunting Days + One Nyala Trophy bull can be yours for $4,999!

Think about this folks... The 1X1 Daily Rate for my Natal hunts is $450p/d. Multiply this by 10, add your Arrival Day at $150p/p + 14% Tax and you get to $5,130. Now add a Nyala at (an already competitive price of $2,000), add the fact that the average size of Nyala hunted with me in this area since 2006 was 28”, (smallest was 26 ½”), the fact that the clients who have hunted this area with me RAVED about the hunt and want to go back there and you get to???

Well, you can have all this for $4,999 – no strings attached. If you want to hunt more animals during your 10 day hunt you’d be welcome – if not – that’d be fine too... Although; once you’ve seen the Blue Wildebeest, Zebra, Mountain Reedbuck, Bushbuck, Kudu and many more animals that roam this 10,000 acre partially fenced preserve you’re likely to be develop an itch in your trigger finger...

So; what do you get for your $4,999?

• Pick-up and drop-off from OR Tambo Airport
• 10 Full Hunting Days
• A shooting opportunity at one Nyala Bull. (If you kill or wound it it’s yours – if not you get your money back)
• Accommodations, meals and Beverages (booze included in moderation)
• Services of competent and efficient Trackers, Skinners and Field Staff
• Services of a Professional Hunter (me) and use of fully equipped Hunting Vehicle
• Tracking, Skinning and Field Preparing of trophy(ies) including marking, salting and delivery of trophies to a local taxidermist
• Full Daily Laundry service
• Hospitality and friendship that you have NOT experienced before
• Hunting free range Nyala where they belong in South Africa – in the mountains of KZN? PRICELESS!

What do you NOT get for $4,999?

• Additional animals killed or wounded

That’s it!

Chris,
What exactly does partialy fenced mean?

I have walked in the foot prints of the elephant, listened to lion roar and met the buffalo on his turf. I shall never be the same.

TH,

The area that this hunt will be conducted on is a 10,000 acre "ranch" that falls inside the Thukela Biosphere in Natal which is roughly 75,000 acres in size.

The original idea behind forming the biosphere was to allow animals to roam freely inside a larger area in a free range environment and therefore some fences were dropped between the "ranches". Many years ago a herd of elephants were introduced into the area... These animals damaged the remaining fences to such an extent that it no longer was economically viable to maintain the fences...

The elephants have since been removed due to the amount of damage they caused to water lines, etc.

So what I mean by "partially fenced" is that there are still remnants of some of the original fences remaining but these do not hinder natural movement of game.

All the animals that are found on this ranch naturally occur there and none were introduced. If you would like contact details of some of the clients who have hunted this area with me please let me know. They'd be happy top give you their opinions.

Hope this answers but please let me know if you have more questions.

Happy New Year.

Hi Larry,

I'm not related to Frans but I do know him well, have hunted with him / for him and vice versa. I also use his camp on occasion for group hunts and in fact, we'll all be spending New Years Eve together - I'll tell him you say hi.

I can attest to this hunt as I and a number of my clients have hunted this area with Chris. It is an outstanding Nyala area full of mature rams. Enough you can take your time and be selective. Proof is in the photos, and this is the deal of 2012 if you want a good trophy Nyala. Other local areas have excellent Blesbok, Bushbuck, Black Wildebeest, Zebra, Reedbuck and more.

"Peace is that brief glorious moment in history when everybody stands around reloading" - Thomas Jefferson

Every morning the Zebra wakes up knowing it must outrun the fastest Lion if it wants to stay alive. Every morning the Lion wakes up knowing it must outrun the slowest Zebra or it will starve. It makes no difference if you are a Zebra or a Lion; when the Sun comes up in Africa, you must wake up running......

"If you're being chased by a Lion, you don't have to be faster than the Lion, you just have to be faster than the person next to you."
