I can only offer one of the following due to quota / tags. Fall 2016 combination hunt offered for coastal Grizzly / Brown bear adjacent to the largest tract of protected coastal rainforest in Canada, large areas average 800 year old trees. A split combo is also possible, giving you two complete separate hunts, Spring 2016 coastal bear hunt, and Fall 2016 coastal Mountain Goat. The transport costs would apply for each hunt, but that's the only difference (Approximately $1000 each way, so $2000 round trip per hunt). We are smack in the middle of the largest mountain goats in the books, four out of five of the Boone & Crockett top five Mountain Goats come from the North Coast BC region, the only odd goat out in the five is from the same mountains just to the north in Alaska. Likewise for bears, we have the biggest Grizzlies in Canada, the classic picture of hunting bruins over rivers overflowing with salmon. We call them coastal Grizzlies here but cross the border into Alaska and they're considered browns. You have a very good chance of being in the books for a record grizzly here, as our "brown strain" bears are classed as Grizzlies. This is also likely the rarest bear hunt in North America, we get less than one tag a year in an exclusive territory for 2,100 square miles, and the standard rate for us and the neighbours is $30,000US. Half our territory is a park that doesn't allow bear hunting by agreement with the native band, that means it acts as a giant, thousand square mile bear nursery from which the bears descend to the coast spring and fall to feed... where we can hunt them. Likewise for Mountain Goat, if you want the opportunity and best odds to have a spot in the books, there is only one region to hunt and we're in the epicentre of it. Our territory is pure mountains, and we have one of the highest harvest limits for mountain goat period. This reflects the extremely strong population that calls our area home. We're a new family owned and run operation as of spring 2015, so I'm offering this combination to assist in funding our floatplane purchase for 2016. Accommodations are true wilderness, backpack gear from a light jet boat on the clear coastal rivers for coastal bear, and floatplane in for mountain goat to alpine lakes. This is deep wilderness and not full of creature comforts, it is an adventurous hunt and hunters will be faced with torrential downpours, grizzly bears in camp at night, and associated excitement. It is also possible to add a Sitka Blacktail deer or coastal BC Black Bear. You can carry a tag for either at the bare cost of the tag, no other charges ($180 for Black Bear, $125 Sitka deer), and we'll run on a simple harvest fee only if taken, $2000 for black bear and $1000 for Sitka deer, and Wolves no trophy fee just a $50 tag. This would net you the opportunity to chase a proper full bag Northern old world hunt, with five species of tags in your pocket, without increasing the up front cost of your hunt. British Columbia's North Coast, and BC in general for that matter are world famous for good reason, game exists here in densities seen few other places today. Member Dogleg and I hunted together in September, taking his Grizzly on day three of the open season, having bumped into seven bears inside 100 yards by that point, the closest bumped in alders at muster a loogie and spit on them range. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jjz0brUy3ok Costs, -Combination Hunt $29,500US -Licence, Tags $1360 -Harvest Fees: $1000 for Grizzly, $150 for Mountain Goats -Additional tags as desired (Black Bear $180, Sitka Deer $125, Wolf $50) -Transport in and out of territory, this is an extremely remote area, $1000 per leg by floatplane or jet boat, there will be a minimum of three legs (to the bear rivers in the salmon run, from there to the goats, and from there home). For those of excellent physical condition a leg can be cut off by climbing to the goats. -The driving transfers of three hundred miles and airport pickup, all meals, all accommodations are included. The only charges occur when actually hunting. -$200 contribution to the BC Guide Outfitter Hunter Preservation Fund, charged by most outfitters in BC on behalf of and in support hunting advocacy and the protection of hunting in the future here in BC. Also gives you a subscription to Mountain Hunter Magazine, the GOABC's hunting publication. angus@wildcoastoutfitters.com www.wildcoastoutfitters.ca Angus Morrison 1-250-321-4700 Wild Coast Outfitters Box 121 Fort St John, BC V1J0K9 CANADA

Thanks Mike, appreciate the clarification! For the record Dogleg is exactly the kind of fellow you want to hunt with. Passionate about absorbing rainfall and coffee, and a proper shootist.

I have hunted this area in the past. Angus is spot on. Huge old bears and huge old goats. I would be surprised if you see another human on your hunt, land sea, or in the air. Someone is in for an adventure. I can't wait to see the pictures. Appreciate the kind words, and folks discounting this $3,000 before I take it to the shows this winter. US dollar's strong and saves me the time to sell it here, all the best. So, hunt offered for now at $26,500USD combined coastal Brown Bear and top book region coastal Mountain Goat.
